What counts as an active user?
Someone on your team who uses the app during the month. Canvassers who leave or take a month off don't cost you anything.
What does onboarding cover?
Setting the app up with your brand and domain, importing your existing leads, configuring your stages and messages, and training your team.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up as you add modules. Your leads, jobs and history come with you.
What if we need something specific?
Fixes, UX improvements and small tweaks are free. Bigger features built just for your business are quoted before we start.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Contracts roll monthly. Pay annually if you'd like two months free.
