How we use your information
This notice explains how Vanteq Systems ("we") uses personal information collected through vanteqsystems.com. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the demo form: name, company, work email, phone number, trade, team size, plan of interest and any notes.
- Basic, cookie-free website analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser and country. This does not identify you.
Why we use it
We use demo-form details to contact you about your request and, if you become a customer, to set up your account. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our software, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle email: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (our email). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email admin@vanteqsystems.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
